Rachael provides a professional and efficient specialist service offering advice and representation in all aspects of family law including children's proceedings, family finance and property and Family Law Act 1996 cases. She is also regularly instructed to give advice and representation in a wide range of civil applications and trials.
Known for her natural friendly and approachable manner, Rachael applies a robust yet reasonable and practical approach to litigation and negotiations. She has excellent interpersonal skills with clients and delivers advice and representation with sensitivity to their particular circumstances. Further, she is an experienced advocate, committed to providing a quality service and determined in achieving only the best possible outcome for all of her clients.
Rachael completed an LLB (Honours) Exempting Degree which included the Legal Practice Course qualification prior to being called to the Bar.

Rachael is a keen theatre enthusiast. She enjoys writing poetry and has had works published. In relation to legal poetry 'Pupillage' was published in Counsel Magazine (2007 April Edition).
Rachael's interests also include creative writing, drawing and painting (wildlife/animated legal illustrations).
Rachael lives in Oxfordshire on the River Thames and enjoys country life and period living. She is a former competative equestrain.
